The current release from Saint Cloud is two Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbons. Both are bottled at full barrel proof, uncut and unfiltered. Every barrel is different, encouraged to express its own unique story. The Blue label Single Barrel is aged for Seven years. The black label Saint Cloud Kentucky Bourbon has been aged for Thirteen Years.
As a former Burgundian winemaker, Ray’s vision is to focus on the unique details and signatures that result from a numerous collection of factors. Saint Cloud isn’t about presenting a “house style” to consumers.
